Snapwear provides an AI-powered platform to generate product mockups, designs, and photoshoots for fashion and ecommerce. Features, availability, and pricing may change. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
3. Account and Use
You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You may not use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of these terms.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
Paid plans are billed in advance. Refunds are at our discretion unless required by law. We may change pricing with notice; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. You may cancel in accordance with your plan and our billing provider's process.

Usage is subject to credit limits per your plan. Credits do not roll over unless stated. We may suspend or limit accounts that abuse the Service or attempt to circumvent limits.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
